great spa experience but room comfort needs improvement

The spa facilities were top-notch with a welcoming staff that made me feel at ease. I enjoyed the varied breakfast and dinner buffet, which offered plenty of choices daily. The sea view from my standard room was breathtaking, making my mornings even more special.

The A/C in the room did not function well during my stay.

i almost considered leaving a good review, but with the a/c malfunctioning for 2 days in a 40-degree sauna, my disappointment was too much. also, the shuttle service was absolutely terrible, arriving 15 minutes late. it woudl ve been nice to receive a room upgrade or at least an apology for all the inconvenience. not impressed at all.

The stunning views from the hillside made my city walks unforgettable, especially with the striking views of Oludeniz Beach just 2 km away and the tranquil Oludeniz National Park providing the perfect escape for nature lovers within a comfortable walking distance. it truly felt like a weekend getaway filled with exploration and relaxation.

The stunning infinity pool is a highlight, providing a perfect escape from the day-to-day. While the breakfast could be more varied, the staff's friendliness truly enhances the experience. late-night noise can disrupt peace, so plan accordingly for a restful stay.

Just a good pick for a momentary pause in Oludeniz and great for the money. The staff served fresh omelettes and pancakes at breakfast with a smile, which was a nice touch. Try to catch the shuttle early to ensure you have a spot back from the beach.

The swim-up rooms here are a whole vibe, making relaxation a breeze as you can dip right into the pool from your doorstep. Plus, the hotel's shuttle takes you to the nearby Sugar beach, offering convenience for sun-seekers looking to lounge on the sand.

We faced some frustrating hiccups, starting with our dismay at the room not being ready until after 3 PM, despite the 2 PM check-in. The A/C was a nightmare—breaking down repeatedly in the scorching 40-degree heat, making it tough to catch some sleep. We had to repeatedly chase down the maintenance crew, and when we finally got moved to another room, there was no compensation offered for all that hassle. The internet was spotty too, with reception only working well on one side of our room. the buffet dinners left much to be desired, often lacking variety and freshness. Despite the stunning surroundings, the noise from the bar area could get a bit disruptive at night, which might not be for everyone.

my stay at the hotel exceeded all expectations! the view from the pool area and my room was absolutely breathtaking, making every moment feel special. the jacuzzi on the balcony was incredible, especially during the evenings under the stars!

The view from my Queen Room with Spa Bath was breathtaking. The jacuzzi provided a perfect evening retreat under the stars. Staff members were attentive and accommodating. Breakfast offered various options, ensuring a good start to the day. The infinity pool is truly a highlight! ❤️
